Over the past few months some customers have noticed air in their drinking water, making it temporarily cloudy. The air would dissipate and water clarity would return to normal if the water was left standing. This is a nuisance aesthetic problem, not a health concern. Last Friday, June 7th, our operators, with the help of Capital Well Company, found a fitting that was damaged, which we believe was causing the issue. After flushing the well for 3 days it appears the air has gone away and the well is back in service. The air in the system may still impact some customers for a few more days.
